The game show hosted by Charles Barkley where he and a celebrity guest captain teams to compete in supersized versions of classic childhood games. The twist: Charles and his guest captain and their contestants bet along the way for cash/prizes and undeniable bragging rights.

FORMAT
Arc Season
Throughout a season, Two (2) teams of five (5) contestants compete and bet against one another to grow their bank accounts and survive elimination. Charles and the competing Captain (maybe season 1 is former teammate or colleague like Shaq?!) place ridiculous & childish bets against each other based on the overall success of their team.
Contestants
Each team consists of 5 players. These are everyday competitive people - From teenagers to grandparents and athletes to couch potatoes.
Hosts/Captains/Judge
Charles Barkley will serve as the lead Host of the show but could also be one of the two team’s captains, or maybe as the Host Charles steps back and makes the competing captains Shaq vs Kenny! (Celebrity guests will be invited onto the show to be judges and competing captains)
- The Judge (In this case, let’s say it’s Tom) lays down a “funny” bet for the two captains at the top of each episode
- i.e. - Taking control of the other’s social media, a silly haircut, or maybe there are higher stakes like a coveted piece of memorabilia or treasured personal item.
- Throughout the season, the guys make it personal and have fun with this.
The Games
Each episode consists of 5 different House-Rules-games, each increasing in difficulty and visual ridiculousness. The games start off innocuous enough (as they are based upon childhood classics) until we reveal the HOUSE RULES.
- Ex. “Keep the Ball in the air” aka Keepy Uppy
- 2 vs 2 game - head-to-head, playing at the same time.
- Game begins with a ton of multi-colored-sized balloons (all worth different amounts) dropping from above.
- The Catch - Contestants wear two-sided gloves:
- Palm side is completely covered in teeny-tiny-cactus-balloon-popping spikes
- Back side is normal and smooth
- The floor is slippery
- The RULES: Keep as many of your team’s balloons in the air as possible
- Once any balloon hits the floor or is popped (either accidentally by yourself or an opposing contestant), it’s officially out of play
- At the end of play, the remaining balloons floating are tallied up.
- Next up is Kitchen Jenga, where instead of Jenga blocks contestants will use giant irregular-sized versions of kitchen utensils and appliances.
- Then there’s our House Rules takes on the classic memory game, Hot Potato, Egg on a Spoon, Ring Toss, Where’s Waldo, Three Legged Race, and more!
BETTING / GAME PLAY
- Each contestant starts with a bank of $100K to bet throughout the season.
- There’s a minimum bet to compete in each game.
- The minimum buy-ins vary per game
- The top bets earn contestants a spot to compete in each game.
- Example - the Balloon game (referenced above in the Games section)
- It’s announced that the minimum buy-in for a contestant to get into this game starts at $1K.
- The two top bets from Team A are $2K and $3K. Total = $5K
- The two top bets from Team B are $3K and $3K. Total = $6K
- The winning team’s contestants receive their original individual buy-in-bets plus an even split of the losing team’s total buy-in-bets
- I.E. If Team A wins, each contestant on the team receives their respective original buy-in bets plus they split the $6K evenly.
- RULE - Contestants are only allowed to play in a maximum of 3 games per episode.
- If a player doesn’t compete in a single game in an episode they lose $10k, which goes to the House.
- Contestants that can no longer afford the buy-in bets are eliminated from the game.
